Booth had left Ford's theater and was trying to get to Maryland but there were gaurds by the bridge so no one could get across but he ended up getting across because he said to Cobb"he did not there was a curfew and he was heading home" -
Dr.Samuel Mudd helps Booth
When Booth and Herold met up they ended up at Dr.Samuel Mudd's house and Booth had broken his ankle so he gave him crutches and made him a splint.They slept there that night and when Mudd went into town the next day he heard what Booth had done so they were forced to leave right away. -
Atzerodt what are you doing
Atzerodt was called a simple man many times so he was given the easiest job to knock on the Vice President's hotel door and shoot him but the more he thought about it the more he thought to not do it so he just walked out of the hotel and went home without killing the Vice President -
Licoln died
THat morning Lincoln had died at 7:22am Mary Todd Lincoln was devestated and she asked fro a lock of his hair to keep and Laaura Keene had a big blood stain on her dress from Lincoln's wound. -

Booth and Herold ended up at the Garrett's house and Herold went into town to get new clothes while Booth stayed with at the house.When some Calvary rode by Booth acted weird so the Garretts got suspicious -
Booth dies
Booth had three choices surrender,blow his brains out or stay in the barn and burn alive.He decided to saty in the barn than get pubicly executed then sergant Boston Corbett to one shot and it went into Booth's throat two men rushed him and took his gun and they carried him to the porch and rapped him in a sheet and took his objects. -
