Darwin spend nearly four years exploring South America. -
Reached Galapagos Islands.
After spending nearly four years exploring South America. They spent five weeks sailing around the Galapagos Islands, where Darwin made the most important discoveries. -
Arrived back in England after nearly five years.
The ship finished the trip around the world and stopped in South America again before going back home. -
