    Charles Darwin was born in Shrewsbury England 12 Feb 1809 (Darwin 15). Growing up and through University Darwin was extremely interested in the world around him.   • The Voyage

    The Voyage
    His adventurous spirit found him on a a ship named the beagle at the request of Captain Fitz-Roy who was in need of a naturalist willing to volunteer for a multiyear journey with no pay (Darwin 37). This Journey will take him around the world spanning South America to even the Galapagos islands (Darwin 40).   • The Origin of Species

    The Origin of Species
    Through the years he would continue to explore and investigate nature. Writing many pieces, some got published, others were kept as personal theories. One such personal theory through collaboration of a few colleagues would produce the Origins of Species and the cornerstone to how we understand evolution (Darwin 59). Though the initial review found mostly skepticism once published in 1859 it found huge successes in sales (Darwin 59).

  • The Wonder Years

    The Wonder Years
    Charles Darwin would continue to study and write about the world around him up to his death on 19 April 1882 (Belanger). His findings would result in the publication of multiple pieces mostly revolving around evolution and the growth of species in animals and plant life (Belanger).
