  • The end of WW1

    Jewish people were blame for all the problems Germany had after losing World War 1. At first, Germans dismiss Hitler as a crazy lunatic but many angry Germans followed him.
  • Nazis gaining power

    Little by little the Nazis party gain more power with the help of the Great Depression because he promised jobs and a strong Germany.
  • First Concentration Camp open

    He created an emergency decrees to protect the state "against Communist acts of violence." Nazis took all the freedom/rights from the Jews. Therefore, after a year the first concentration camp was open in Dachau, Germany. Within a year, they will build nine more.
  • Anti-Jewish Laws

    Hitler order to all Jewish businesses to be taken down. Therefore, the first anti-Jewish law was made excluding them from having certain jobs. Yet, no one gave the Nazi party a fight.
  • Patriotic Germans

    Even though the Nazi party wrote books about Jews and other enemies of the government, many of the Jewish still thought themselves as patriotic Germans. Other Jewish left Germany for fear.
  • The SS Army

    Army sworn to Hitler loyalty to take control of the concentration camps. It caused a big conterversy that fear was even bought ot their own house. Not only that, Hitler denounces the Versailless Treaty and calls for universal military service. Other countries protest but he says that his goal is "peace"
  • No Jews Allowed

    The Nazi party started kicking out Jews out of public school and making it illegal for them to raise the national flag. In other words, they took away the rights from the Jewish.
  • Germany takes over Austria

    Germnay takes over Austria. Jewish men and women are forced to scrub streets, side walks, and public toilets while taunted by jeering crowds.
  • Nation Meeting

    Franklin D Roosevelt order a meeting with 33 democratic nations in France to talk about the issues in Germany. No country, including U.S., is willing to increase its quotas on the number of Jews admitted. In other words, no one wanted to fight against Germany.
  • Nazi Surrenders

    Adolf Hitler commits suicide and on May 7, 1945 Germany surrenders.
