Zimmerman Note
In March 1, 1917 the U.S. government intercepted a message by Arthur Zimmerman, a man that is the foreign secretary for Germany. The message was a secret proposel for an alliance to Mexico. He, Zimmerman, tempted Mexico with the idea of gaining back lost land, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. -
