The only thing that related the GMD and the CCP was the fight against warlords but when this finished the GMD were against the CPP and attack them to end with the communist because they were thinking in helping the peasants, so they attacked them by a powerful workers army were 5000 communists were shot and about a quarter of a million people were killed all over China. -
Pursue of GMD to CPP
The CPP had to run away to the mountains of Jiangsi, but, the GMD pursued them and this began the civil war because they were determined in destroying the communists. -
GMD & CCP
This two political parties unified against the warlords to unify China, which they got by removing communists and in 1928 they took control over Beijing which destroyed the power of the warlords and GMD was legimate government of China.
