The Boston Massacre
Event that happened between a "patriot mob" and British soldiers. The riot began when 50 citizens attacked a British sentinel. The British soldiers fired into the crowd killing men. John Adams and Josiah Quincy II defended the British soldiers.

King George III taxed the citizens to build back up all the money from and for the war. In responses the citizens threw all the tea on ships overboard.

BATTLE OF LEXINGTON
Consisted of two battles. British soldiers were sent to capture John Hancock and Samuel Adams but they had already been warned of the attack.

BATTLE OF BUNKER HILL
George Washington had to come in and take control. He gave off a line of controls just in case there would be war due to the shots made at Bunker Hill. This was the first battle where the British defeated the Americans.
