The french and indian war lasted 7 years and is known as the 7 year war. It involved 5 continents. They fought over the ohio river valley because of the fur trade. The french and british were claiming all the land and there was none left for the native americans.Their began a war. -
The Stamp Act
the stamp act was that british required a stamp on every important document like playing cards,newspapers and license. People didn't agree with it. -
The Sugar Act
Description: the sugar act was to help the war dept. Their was a 3 cent tax that you had to pay. Some people didnt agree to pay so they chanted ¨taxation without representation” if they had no say they didnt want to pay. -
Sons Of Liberty
The sons of liberty was formed to protect the colonist. And they played a major role in the stamp act. -
Townshed Acts
The Townshed acts were a failure of the stamp acts. Witch soon have gotten repealed. -
Boston massacre
The boston massacre was a fight between the british soldiers and colonists.The soldiers and colonists had a confrontation .Soon they were fighting against who started it the colonist started it because they were screaming ¨damn your bloods why don't you fire¨ it confused some of the colonists. -
Coercive (Intolerable) Acts
The English government was mad because of the Boston tea party. They made these acts because of the Boston tea party. The colonist called it the Intolerable acts. The Boston harbor was closed and shops closed.British soldiers were in trails because they abused the colonist because they were ¨were free¨. -
Tea Act
The Tea Act was to help the East India company get money.The East India Company Monopolized the tea which means they sold it for more money. Soon stores ran out of business. Even one time they went on a ship didn't ruin the ship just the tea. -
Boston Tea Party
The American patriots are upset because Boston was bringing in indian tea and they were shiping in boats of tea in some places they destroyed the tea.In other places they just left it to rot.The boston massacre made many colonists mad and when shipments came in the colonists dressed up as indians and ransacked the boat.They didn't destroy the boat they only destroyed the tea. -

There were representatives from only 12 colonies not including Georgia.The meeting was to discuss the current rage with England. They mailed a letter to the king and if he didn't reply in a couple of months they would stop exporting goods to England.They were meeting because of the problems that england is having. -
Battles of Lexington and concord
There was a wars between American and british troops.
The Americans said don't fire unless they do. Once the war began someone fired it was the shot that was heard all around the world soon everyone was firing. Then the british were on their way to way to concored and then the americans did a sneak attack and killed many of the british and won the war.
