The Unites States government has fully collapsed and the Fat Cat has taken over New York from its seat on wall street. Money is flooding back into whats left of the states as a clean slate has been established. -

The businesses quickly spread across the void of the previous United States, claiming what they could through taking over utilities and establishing a dominance, as soon as all space was taken the companies began to force against each other, using the corporate forms that they know to attack each other, buying each other out and competing in the corporate manner that they know.
