Self Screenings
Examine your body for signs of skin cancer; new, misshapen or colored moles/freckles. Examine your breasts for signs of breast cancer: discomfort, inverted nipple, lumps, or nipple discharge.

Pap Testing
Cervical Cancer Screening; Repeat every three years ages 21-20
Cells from your cervix are gently scraped away and then examined for abnormal growth. -

Mammography
Breast Cancer Screening. Repeat every year.
A picture of your breast taken with a safe, low-dose X-ray machine and examined for abnormalities. -
Colon Cancer Testing
Colon Cancer Screening: Repeat as determined necessary.
Can be FOBT (looking for blood in stool), Stool DNA test (looking for blood or DNA biomarkers in stool), Sigmoidoscopy (using a camera to examine the end of the colon), Standard colonoscopy (examination of entire colon with camera), Virtual colonoscopy (using multiple CT scans to create image of colon and examine for abnormalities). -
