On September 4th 1998 the company Google was created by two men, Larry Page and Sergy Brin. The company turned out to be the largest search engine in the world. I have used this multiple times a day for as long as I can remember. -
DELL
In 1999 my family got our first computer, it looked very similar to the one in the photo and I remember it being a DELL product which is funny because the laptop I'm currently using is also from DELL. We never had internet while using this computer and only used it for games and to print things off for school. The company DELL has been makng computers since 1984. -
Bluetooth
The technology for bluetooth was developed through the 90's and Bluetooth 1.0 released by a special interest group in 1999. A technology that uses radio waves to allow electronic devices to exchange data has become standard in all mobile devices and computers in today's day in age. It serves many purposes today, but I use it most by listening to music with my airpods. -
Youtube
Youtube began as an idea that would allow ordinary people to share home videos on the internet. The company took off in popularity and has influenced the creation of many other popular companies and social media networks that I use. Today millions of videos are still uploaded every single day. -
PYTHON
I started my first computer science class where I learned the basics of programming. In this class we used Python which I am still using for a different class now. I am also learning how to use Java currently. -
