Sky Tower - The Purpose of this project is to have marketable telecommunications and for tourist attraction.
The project was executed by the engineering company Beca Group and Fletcher Construction Company. The project is unique as it is the tallest freestanding structure in the southern hemisphere and its very slender appearance it is linked to a hypodermic needle of Auckland skies. The Sky Tower was constructed for tourist attraction which attracted 5 lakh people every year.

Burj Khalifa - The Purpose of Burj Khalifa was to be the centerpiece of large scale, mixed-use development and steer the local economy away from being purely reliant on oil.
The Project was executed by a team lead by Adrain Smith, Owens & Merrill, the firm. The project is unique because of it being the tallest structure and building in the world since 2009. The outcome and benefit of the project was to design a structure which would be the centerpiece of the city, and which would be used to develop 30,000 homes, nine hotels.

This project is being excruciating by Dubai Airport Authority. This project has so many unique features like it's going to be the first world-class airport with hotels, and shopping complexes. Also, The first all-weather instrument landing system (Cat IIIB) allows operations under low visibility conditions.

California High Speed Rail - The rail will connect California’s megaregions, contribute to economic development and a cleaner environment, create jobs and preserve agricultural and protected lands.
The California High-Speed Rail Authority is executing this project. This project is unique because of its sustainable design and construction process along with this, it will cover 1288Km in less than 3hrs. The construction process includes 100% recycled all usable concrete and steel, resulting from the destruction of buildings and structures.
