The Quartering act was made for the british troops to be able to live in someones home without consent which led directly to the Third Amendment to the United States Constitution, which expressly prohibited the military from quartering troops without consent of the owner of the house. -
The Tea Act
The tea act of 1773 will lower tea tax prices, it will also do many other unwanted things such as the duties (taxation without representation), and put many of the founding fathers out of business smuggling tea.
