    During this time the eduacation in Bolivia was more like a social proyect that used to exclude peasants, urban workers and mining workers.
    Simón Rodríguez, who was Simón Bolivar's teacher tried to universalize education so every single person could take benefit of it. He proposed his ideas on the (Modelo LIberal Libertario) as Principal's education of Bolivia.
  • School for a few ones

    School for a few ones
    At this time the education in Bolivia was not for indegenous people or women.
    The education was allowed just for citizens so they can learn how to read, how to write, grammar and literature.

    He started saying that it would be appropriate if the schools start to teach based on student's interests, abilities and also related to the place they live.

    Warisata was created in August 2nd becasuse there were a lot of indigenous people expressing how much they wanted to study. That is why Warisata school is based on reciprocity, solidarity and productivity tha goes with the hand of nature.

    At this time Warisata was not a school anymore and tha is why politicians kicked out Avelino of his own community.

    This man critic the education because he knew that indigenous people were not allowed to study. He said "Indigenous people are the true depository of national energy"
    At this time also, education for women did not exist.
  • Bolivian educational code

    Bolivian educational code
    This is education was divided in two parts. One of them was the rural education for indigenous people so they can learn how to write and how to read. The other one was urban education for white people.

    This education law was very memoristic and decontextualized. Students had to learn everything related to other countries and things that they did not even know about because they have not seen them in real life.

    Ley 070
    This law includes everything this country wanted because it is education for every single person that want to study. Also, it is not memoristic anymore. Instead, students learn everything from their context so they can already know about what the teacher is talking about.
