As of 2010, which is the most recent decade to today, women have a very high standard to live up to in order to have an ideal body image. This includes long, tanned, toned legs, slight curves around the hips with a tonned flat stomach, moderate to large chested, toned arms and a diet that most likely consists of strict, smaller portions and of only nutrient dense, low calorie foods. There is most definitely also lots of physical activity in order to get the impossibly difficult ideal body image

Todays body image should not consist of any standards. It should be based on personal preference as it is your body and it is chosen by genetics. "Ideal" should not be defined, but rather accepted by everyone that beauty is all shapes, colours, and sizes and if they are happy with themselves then they are ideal
