  • My enterance into the management field

    I began my managment journey at Aurora Health Care and was introduced to the IT field with my new role as the manager of education and outcomes.

  • First data project

    My leaders identified the need to begin to collect outcomes on the first data project: Maternal Addiction Recovery Center (MARC)

  • Meeting with data informatics and post-implementation testing

    After meeting with the team to begin the data collection phase, my team was able to identify the data needed and achieve our first data pull

  • Scorecard development

    Once the data pull was complete, our first scorecard was created for senior leadership to highlight the outcomes of the MARC program.

  • Begin additional data collection

    Addition of additional behavioral health metrics to have a more robust set of outcomes for MARC program.

  • Meeting with Physicians in OB and NICU to further measure outcomes and combine data

    Most recent step of identifying more data to best understand the impact of the MARC program on length of stay (LOS) for neonates in the NICU.
