Exposition 1/ backround information
Matt Pin was sent away from Vietnam because of the war two years ago. He suffers from bad memories he wishes he didn't have. He lives with a new family now and plays baseball with one of his foes that later on becomes his friend. -

Matt can't forget vietnam. This is important because this is what the story is all about Matt trying to get over and be able to understand Vietnam. -

The setting is in 1977 in the United States. -

Matt Pin's mother is still in Vietnam. This is important because Matt wonders what has happened to his mom. -
Rising Action 4
Matt goes to meetings with his dad. This is important because Matt meets Chris at these meeting and these meeting are about Vietnam. -
Rising Action 5
Matt meets Chris. This is important because Chris trys to connect with Matt. -
Rising Action 6
Chris starts to talk to Matt. This is important because he is trying to understand Matt and he also talks to him so Matt knowws what he has been through. -
Rising Action 2
Rob comes up to Matt and says, "My brother died because of you". This is important because Matt now knows why Rob is mad at him. -
Falling Action 1
Rob and Matt become friends. -
Rising Action 7
Chris becomes the baseball coach because he is trying to connect to Matt more. -
Rising Action 8
Matt and Rob are paired up for a baseball drill. This is important because Rob and Matt do not like each other that much at all. -
Climax
Matt tells Rob his story about Vietnam and Rob becomes very sympithetic towards Matt. This is important because Rob understands Matt now -

Rob and Matt become friends and do not get mad at eachother anymore. -

Matt understands that his real mom sending him away was out of love to keep him safe. -

Matt uderstands that what happened to his brother was not his fault and he feels a little better but is still sad that his brother died. -
