    Hernando Cortez

    In 1519, Hernando Cortez came to mexico. With his guns and armor, he almost singlehandedly destroyed the Aztecs. He created Mexico City afterwords.

    Moctezuma 3rd was the last powerful emperor the Aztecs had. In his reign the Aztecs began to decline rapidly. Shortly after his death, Tenochitlan fell.
