Cortez arrived
Cortez arrived in Tenochtitlán and Cortez allies with Tlaxcala (which are the enemies of the Aztec people/tribe) On July 1st the Spanish forces were driven back. Tlaxcala is known for last uncontacted tribes. -

Floods in Tenochtitlan
There were severe floods in Tenochtitlán which probably flooded their farms, homes, and maybe even washed away materials the needed to make weapons/weapon items. -
1430 BCE
War with Tepaneca
The Aztecs went to war with the Tepaneca. Up to this point the Tepaneca had been dominant in central Mexico, ruling from Azcapotzalco and taking tribute from the Mexica. (Azcapotzalco is another tribe near the West side of Lake Texcoco.) -

Fire Ceremony
New Fire Ceremony celebrated by the Aztecs. The fire ceremony is when someone creates a fire, then sometimes someone will burn something like a book. Sometimes people will burn somebody. -

Beginning of the Aztec homes
The valley of Mexico is first settled by migrating tribes (Aztecs and more) The Aztecs wanted to explore and see what else the world has to offer. Then they had a sign. With a man/animal sticking it’s tongue out surrounded by weird and strange patterns.
