First Fleet Landing
In 1788 the first fleet landed in Australia and they divided the land into 2 boundaries New South Wales and New Holland. -
Van Diemen's Land
In 1825 the settlers found Van Diemen's Land and used it as a prison for the people who committed crime in New South Wales. -
Western Australia
In 1831 the British Government claimed all of New Holland and named it Western Australia. They also sent convicts to do cheap labour. -
South Australia
In 1836 South Australia was established as a fee colony in part of NSW. -
Northern Australia
in 1847 the Settlers were expanding costal parts of Australia but it failed and became Northern Australia.
