  • most people ate 3 different food types per meal like bread, soup, and vegetables as their was not an awful lot of supply with anything else.

  • people stuck with this through to the 1950s accept their were knew foods made like lamingtons and other baked goods.

  • in the 1980s their were fast food restaurants beginning to come into the picture and other party foods such as scrolls, dips, pies and several other easy eating foods.

  • all different types of snack foods were more commonly packaged and stocked on shelves in shops. the foods consisted of chips, lollies, noodles, and generally things that are easy to grab and eat.
