Joseph Louis Gay-Lussac
He determined that gases at constant temperatures and pressure combine in simple numerical oproportions by volume, and the resulting product(s) also bear a simple proportion by volume to the volumes of the reactants. He also discovered the element Boron.

Henry Moseley
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1tpe8mVfq1Y8WXF7ssCBYi-NYV3FSddHewOQCw0JMydY/edit? In 1913, Henry Moseley observed the properties of x-rays from consecutive elements in the periodic table. He discovered that the wavelength of the x-rays became shorter as the atomic weight increased. This means that both the frequency and energy were increasing because of the inverse relationship between wavelength and frequency. Moseley found that the increase was constant from one element to the next. -
