    I remember reading this book in 1st grade. For an entire week we got to color all of the things this caterpillar would eat from the book. We then had a science experiment where we saw how a caterpillar turned into a butterfly. We then got to see how the butterfly was let go into the world.

    In second grade I came across Junie B. Jones books. How I loved her sassiness and crazy adventures. I would love reading all of her books and just picture myself in them. Junie B. Jones gave me life!

    In 4th grade this was my very first book I was able to purchase from the school bookfair with my own money that I saved. I read this book so many times.

    In 5th grade, I remember seeing this book in the school library on displayed. It looked interesting never did I expect to love it so much. Til this day I remember a lot of their phrases. It is nothing like the movie so please go read the book!

    These books always gave me a laugh. Whenever I found myself sad I would pick up one of these books to read. Til this day I remember of all the adventures these books brought.

    In 8th grade, I had the honor of presenting the autobiography of Frederick Douglass. He was an important leader of the movement for African American civil rights in the 19th century.

    In 9th grade, I was able to present to my English class an autobiography presentation on Cesar Chavez. In this book you will learn about how he led the first successful farm workers union in American history.
  • Harry Potter

    This collection of books opened up my fantasy world. Even though they weren't real it sure felt real. I enjoyed reading about the power of wizards. Do not watch the movies read the books instead you will love them!
  • The Twilight Saga

    The Twilight Saga
    In 12th grade, I enjoyed reading books about vampires. It was also a love story and all the girls in school were into it. I remember my friends and I would spend our times reading these books and then discussing our thoughts to it. Great collection to read.
