Score a 300 on the Army Physical Fitness Test
I plan to score a 300 on the APFT by running 2 miles in 15 minutes, doing 42 push ups in 2 minutes, and doing 78 sit ups in 2 minutes. This will be accomplished by doing Insanity, running every day, drinking water instead of soda, eating healthy, and stretching frequently. This will be done by May 15, 2013. -
First Step
Do 25 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, run a 16:10. Start drinking at least 60 ounces of water every day. -
Step 2
Do 30 push ups, 60 sit ups, and run a 15:55 two miles. Stop eating processed food. -
Step 3
Do 35 pushups, 65 sit ups, and run a 15:45 two miles. Start doing Insanity on top of regular work outs. -
Fourth Step
Do 40 push ups, 70 sit ups, and run a 15:40 two miles. Double the amount of Army PT i do everyday. -
Final Step
Go to drill and max my PT test by doing 42 push ups, 78 sit ups, and running a 15:30 two miles.
