The democracy was a form in which political power is held by the people. They wanted to come about their problems in their own way because they felt like their opinions didn't matter to anyone else. -
Aristocracy Was Formed
A aristocracy form of government was formed because some citizens felt like having the citizens make the rules wasn't fair. An aristocracy is a form in which political power is held by the most qualified individuals who have no interest in monetary gain.
