Egypt and Israel started to have major conflict, when Egypt decided to close off Israels route towards the Red Sea. Israel then "launched airstrikes against Egypt, Syria, Jordan," this caused much damage to airplanes on the ground. -

The Yom Kippur War was made as a surprise attack towards Israel. Egypt and Syria were the ones behind this attack, "the war takes its name from the Jewish holy day when the attack began." -
Camp David Accords
After much conflict between Israel and Egypt, they finally reached an agreement. This agreement called Camp David Accords left both sides to good peace, where Egypt "decided to recognize Israel, and Israel returned the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt."
