Apollo 1
Was the first scheduled manned mission by the US to land a mna on the moon. But before the mission could be accomplished there was a fatal fire in the command module that killed the three astronauts. -
Apollo 4
Apollo 4 was the first test flight to saturn. -
Apollo 7
Was also a mission gone wrong. The crew was killed in a cabin fire during a launch pad test. and still no man on the moon. -
Apollo 10
Apollo 10 that the fourth manned mission by the US. The mission was a complete staging of Apollo 11 without actually landing on the moon. -
Apollo 11
On July 16th, 1969 8:32 am EST. mission Apollo 11 was launched to the moon. -
Apollo 12
Was the sixth manned mission to the moon and the second mission to land onto the moon. -
Apollo 13
Was the 7th manned mission to land on the moon and the third intended to land on the moon. But the mission was aborted due to the fact of an oxygen tank exploded two days after take off. -
Apollo 14
Was the 8th manned mission to the moon and the third to actually land on the moon.it was apar tof the "H missions" and was apart of a two day stay on the moon and the preformed moonwalks/ -
Apollo 15
Was the ninth manned mission to the moon and the fourth to actually land on the moon. This mission was a longer mission that was to focus on science. Named the most succesful flight by man ever acheived. -
Apollo 18
Apollo 18 was cancelled on the 2nd of septembet 1970 due to buget cuts. -
Apollo 16
Was the tenth manned mission to the moon and the fifth to land on the moon. This was also the second flight of the Lunar revolving vehicle. This flight was the first flight to land in the lunar highlands. they landed in the highlands to collect geolocically older lunar materials and samples. -
Apollo 19
Apolloe 19 was also caonceled on september 12th due to budget cuts. -
Apollo 17
was the final mission to the moon and the sixth to actually land on the moon. Apollo 17 also broke several records set by previous flights, including the longest manned lunar landing flight; the longest total lunar surface extravehicular activities; the largest lunar sample return, and the longest time in lunar orbit
