First Day Jitters
This was my favorite book that my first grade teacher had read to me. It was a really interesting book to me knowing that a teacher can be nervous on the first day of school. I loved Mrs. Hartwell because she was very funny to me. I would reread this book all the time. -

Book Fairs
Book fairs were always fun to go to. There is a wide variety of books to choose from. My favorite type of books to get were horror books, and picture books. I would go multiple times to get books and cool pens with glitter to write with. It would be more interesting to read and write about the book in a cool pen. -
Argumentative Essay
In sixth grade I wrote an argumentative essay of my choice on why air conditioning should be allowed in all schools. I explained how it causes issues to health, improves the learning environment, and how parents would feel more safe to send their kids to school. The essay really got the point through and it was put on the Board of Education. -
