Integration Review
I understand how to do integration, but I have to review the different integration methods. The main methods that I need to review are integration by partial fractions and trig substitution. Other than those, I feel confident about this topic. -
Integration Review (continued)
I read the integration chapter of my practice AP Calc book. I also took the mini quiz at the end of the chapter. I felt really confident about the processes that I have to go through during integration. -
Convergent and Divergent Series Review
I need to review the different tests used for integration. The main one I need to go over again is the intergral test. Also I need to practice more problems that involve finding the Lagrange Error Bound. -
Infinite Series Review
I need a lot of review on this topic. Throughout the year, this has been the one topic that I have never been fully confident about. I have to practice finding the power series expansion for various functions. Also, I need to go over once again the different ways of determinin the convergence of a series. -
Free Response with a Partner
I felt confident about our answers to the free response questions. We went through the all three questions with extra time remaining in the end. The one thing that I need to study more is interpreting the movement of a particle in the xy-plane. -
Advanced Integration Techniques
I learned that I should strongly consider division when the numerator is of equal or greater power than the denominator. The review helped me remember how to do integration by parts, u-substitution, and L'Hopital's Rule. -
ap calculus review
the review was very helpful. it showed me that i need to review the mean value theorem and rolle's theorem. i also need to go over how to find absolute extrema. -
ap calc review 2
today showed me that i need to review series and how to find convergence and divergence. i need to go over the integral test. also, i need to review taylor polynomials. besides those, i was comfortable with the topics today. -
ap calc review 3
I felt comfortable with the topics today. the one thing i need to study is optimization. i know that i need at least two equations, but i am not sure how to use the two to determine the answer. usually it helps me when i draw a picture. -
ap calc review 4
I need to study instantaneous rate of change and average speed. Also, I need to review how to find volumes of revolution. i usually mix up the integral setups for volume and area. i learned tpday that some problems need to be thougjt out simplistically in order to be solved. -
ap calc review 4
Our scores on the different parts of the test showed that I still need to review for the actual test. the review was effective in showing me what topics i know well and what topics i need more review in. for example, i need to go over the different tests for convergence. i feel that I will be ready for the actual test if I study a little more. -
Self-review
I took a practice test from my Barron's book and went over all of the answers. The questions that I had the most difficulty with had to do with series and finding their convergence. Besides this, I felt like I knew most of the other things that came up on the multiple choice. -
Self-review
I looked over the blue packet with all of the topics of the ap test. For each one that I was not certain about I looked it up either on the computer or in the book. The main topics that I need the most help in are series, error, and convergence/divergence tests. -
Test Day
I felt that the test was extremely easy. The free-response was a lot easier than I expected. When I finished the non-calculator of the free-response, I found that I still had thirty minutes left. I used this time to check both parts of the free-response. Overall, I felt really confident about how I did on the test.
