On March 13, 1933, Adolf Hitler wins the election for municipal council. Fearing for what would become of them, the Frank family moved from Germany to Amsterdam later that year. -

As a thirteenth birthday present, Anne Frank recieves an autograph book that she decides to use as a diary. -

On July 6, 1942, the Frank family goes into hiding in the "Secret Annex." -

On August 4, 1944 the secret annex is stormed and the families are arrested. -

On October 28, 1944, Anne and her sister Margot are relocated to Bergen-Belson concentration camp. -
Anne dies
In early March, before March 15, 1945, Anne contracts typhus and dies just a few days before the camp was liberated by British troops on March 15. -
