From the 1930s to 1960s, theatrical cartoons were produced in huge numbers, and usually shown before a feature film in a movie theater. Disney, Fleischer,Warner Bros., and MGM were the largest studios producing these 5 to 10-minute "shorts". -

The TV show South Park is undoubtedly the most profane, contriversial, racist, sexist, offensive, and innapropriate television program. It was the first show broadcasted on television only using stop-motion with construction paper. Of course they only did this for the first few episodes. The movie South Park: Bigger, Longer, & Uncut won the world record for the most cuss words ever used in an animated movie. -
Family Guy Series
Seth McFarlane created the show Family Guy which became a huge hit after which he made American Dad! and a spinoff of Family Guy called The Cleaveland Show.
