Jackson did not provide transportation; the native Americans had to walk hundreds of grueling miles to their new homes, which is why the relocation is often called The Trail of Tears. Thousands of native Americans died in this process. -
Worcester v. Georgia
Samuel Worcester thought that Georgia passing a law saying non-native Americans on native American land was illegal was unconstitutional. The Supreme Court decided that only the federal government had authority in native American affairs. -

Jackson wanted to use the National Bank for his spoils system, but its president Nicholas Biddle didn't cooperate. Jackson decided to shut down the bank. He declared it unconstitutional succesfully.
