    Mesopotamia, which true to it's name meaning, between two rivers, was located between the Tigris, and the Euphrates river. This long lasting civilization began in 3500 B.C.E., and is responsible for multiple inventions, including the wheel. It is said to be one of the most important civilizations in the worlds history.

The assassination was brouht on by Julius Caesar's accumulation of power, and the recent reforms that he had been making to the roman governmental system.

    In 476 C.E. The germanic leader Odoacer and his army of Barbarians removed Rome's long time leader Romulus. Odoacer had been amassing power for quite some time, and had even become the king of Italy when he ousted Romulus. This action subsequently led to the fall of what was left of the Roman Empire

This set of laws has been seen as the back bone for civil laws in the history that followed, and set in motion an important legal concept we now know as innocent until proven guilty.

    These enormous cathedrals started to replace the classic Romanesque structures in the late 1100's to the early 1500's C.E. They marked the ending of the roman era, and the beginnign of the Medieval period, where the gothic style quickly grew in popularity.

    The Aztecs were a tribe that began in Mexico in 1345 C.E. and quickly amassed a large foloowing in central Mexico were there capital was located. They were very socially, intellectually, and artistically advanced for their time, as well as being incredibly faithful in their worship of the Aztec gods, which fueled their famous religious sacrifices. The end of this civilization was brought on by an invasion and capture of their capital by the Spanish in 1521 C.E.
