Battle of Thermoplye
It was a fierce battle between the Greeks and the Persians. The Greeks knew that they had to stop them here, to the one side was the cliff, and to the other mountian range and it was narrow so the huge Persian army could send in a little part at a time. In the end the Persians won because of a traitor named Ephial
