    The British and French fought each other in North America, The British won and gained a lot of land but also a lot of debt. Because of the win they taxed the colonists which made them made which led to the revolution. The incidents leading to the war started in Ohio River Valley when both French and British claimed it as their territory which led them to fight about it.

    The Stamp Act mandated that all newspapers and books be printed in a form printed in North American countries. In addition, books must be purchased in British currency. The Stamp Act was the first time a tax was levied on the ruler to raise his own income.

    The Boston Massacre was a street fight that took place in Boston on March 5, 1770. Tensions rose as royalist troops took a heavy tax burden on Massachusetts. It started as a conflict between the American colonists and the British soldiers, but quickly turned into a massacre when the people dubbed it the massacre by blood.
