    The Boston massacre happened on march 5th in 1770. It started as a small riot on King street, but turned into a massacre very quickly. This is an important event, because a lot of people died on this day and it affected both the British and American troops.

    The Boston Tea Party happened in December of 1773, The Boston tea party was when the sons of liberty dressed up as Native Americans from the Mohawk tribe and dumped all the tea off the British ships. This event is important, because it shows how the colonies where beginning to get more violent, and in a way, the turning point of their rebellion.

It was a very important event, because it shows how Britain and the colonies communicated, and how the battle and fighting reallt started.

    The battle of Lexington and Concord happened on April 19th in 1775. The Lexington battle was barely even a battle, the American's fled, and after they fled, the British went to Concord, and found around 500-1000 Minutemen who where ready to battle, the Minutemen won the battle, which brought confidence back to the Americans.

    The bunker hill battle happened June 6th in 1775. The British won this battle, and it was an important event, because it meant that Britain and the colonies where never going to come to an agreement, so it was kind of the end of anyone hoping for a peaceful resolution.
