    A protest which happened in Boston, Massachusetts. Many American colonists were upset at Britain for following through with, taxation without representation and dumped 342 chests of tea into the harbor.

    The constitutional has to be approved by others to take action. When it's approved by 9 out of the 13 state legislatures it can then happen.
