French And Indian War
The French and Indian War was also called the Seven Years Wars. The French and Indians weren't all the colonies in the war, the British also joined the battle. The battle wen't on for SEVEN YEARS! William Pitt leaded the British and in july 1756, they won their first battle. So William thot that they can win again so they fought the French, but the French won and the British was defeated, and the war ended. -
Sugar Act
The Sugar Act started when Parliament passed a modified version called the Sugar and Malasses Act. Farmers sold and bot slaves so that they can grow sugar because sugar cost alot. So then people will by the sugar off them. -
The Quartering Act
The Quartering Act was when British soilders got to go into people's houses and take what ever they wont. The people had to feed them and take care of them. If the people refused the soilders would kill the people. -
The Boston Massacre
The Boston Masscre was a street fight that was cased by a patriot mob. That they attacked almost 50 citizens and killing 3 on the spot. 2 British soldiers were found guilty of manslaughter. -
The Tea Act
The Tea Act was when people from England in 1773 throw 342 chests of tea in the Boston Harbor. They did this because they siad that it would lower the tax on the tea but it did not. -
The Boston Tea Party
The Boston Tea Party was after the Tea Act. All the tea that they throw in the Boston Harbor was about $700,000 in todays bugit. Samuel Adams and 60 others as his crew was the ones hwo throw the tea in the Boston Harbor. They were on 3 ships. There names were the Dartmouth, the Eleanor and the Beaver. -
Boston Port Act
On march 31, 1774 the Boston Post became a law. It shows how the 13 colonies came to be. -
Patrick Henry's Speech
Patrick Henry was a lawyer at age 21. That was when he made his the speech that changed America to were it is to day. The speech words were"Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death".
He died on June 6, 1799 he was 63 years old. -
