Colonials were harassing the British army. The British army killed 5 colonials. Two soldiers are convicted of manslaughter. The first death of the Revolutionary War. Sparked the first spouts of warfare between the British and colonists. -
Coercive Acts
The four acts, when combined with the Quebec Act, formed the Intolerable Acts. The final straw that broke the colonial camel's back. Pushed the colonials to the brink of war, setting the stage for the American Revolution. -
