    The British would put the Stamp Act on the American colonies, which the Stamp Act was a tax. The colonies were supposed to buy paper from Britain that had the official stamp on it that showed they had payed their taxes.

    5 Boston colonist are shot by the British troops.This was caused because it was mostly the people that were throwing stuff at the troops.

    The British company and the colonies were told that they could only buy tea from this one company and that they had to pay high taxes on the tea. The type of tax was called the Tea Act.The colonies did not agree and they decided to throw the tea into the ocean.

    The Battle of Yorktown was the last great battle of the American Revolutionary War. The British arms surrendered and the General Cornwallis signed the British surrender. The document was called the Articles of Capitulation.
