Also known as the Sevens' years war, It was the end of the conflict between France and Great Britain, ending officially with the Treaty of Paris -
Proclamation of 1763
Made to prevent conflict with Indians and prevent losing power of the colonists. The colonists were not allowed past the Appalachian Mountains. -
The Sugar Act
Made to curb smuggling of sugar and molasses. It was repealed in 1766. -
Taxes
Taxes and Acts placed on the colonies to restrain and pay off the debt of the war. (French and Indian war) an example of this is the Quartering Act, British Troops were allowed to take refuge in the houses of the Colonists. -
Boston Massacre
The colonists rioted and lead to British soldiers accidentally shot and killed 5 people while they were being harassed by the colonial mob. -
