The french and indian war takes place. The french indian war was really a power struggle between Great Britain and Frence. The british had the east coast on lock and the french had evrything west of the ohio valley. The Bristish hated that so they went to war. The french had the indians help which was beneficial to the French. -
Boston Massacre
In the year 1770 an event called the Boston Massacre took place. A few british soldiers toom the lives of 4 colonists. -
Boston Tea Party
The Boston Tea Party began when enland tried to tax tea on the colonists. So when the colonists heard this news they took the tea and threw it in the boston harbor. This really angered the british and would lead to war. -
Declaration of Independence
The Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4. 1776. The DOI stated that we would be sperated from britain and become our own country.
