    the proclomation of 1763 happened on october 7th 1763. it was right after the french and indian war. the king owed a huge debt because of this. since this happened he allowed no more colonists to settle on land past the appalachian mountains. this made the colonists very mad.

    act was made for the king to repay his debt. this act was a tax on sugar and mollasses products. this meant they had to pay extra for rum. this made the colonists madder.

    this was another act meant to repay the king's debt. this was a tax on paper including documents, newspapers, and such. every colonist had to buy a stamp to show that they paid the tax. this was building up anger in the colonies.

    this act was a tax on tea, lead, glass, paper, and paint. this made the colonists mad since now they had to pay extra money for tea, plus they needed lead for bullets.also tax on paper so they had to pay extra for newspapers. paint and glass weren't that much of a problem though. this resulted the boston massacre.

    this fight was considered a massacre since the patriots wanted to make it sound intense. it was all caused since some colonists were throwing snowballs at british soldiers. then a colonist threw a stick at a soldier and the british started firing.this killed 5 people. this was making the colonists furious.

    this act was right after the townshend acts. it took tax off of everything except tea. this happened because the colonists were rebelling against the british. it was also because the colonists wanted to show they still had power.

    the boston tea party was when a lot of colonists dressed up as mowhak indians, boarded a ship filled with tea, and threw of 342 chests of tea they did this because they did not want tax on tea. this impacted on the intolerable acts.

    this act was meant to repay the boston tea party. some of the intolerable acts were closing down the boston harbor so the colonists couldn't sell anything. they also made the quartering acts so the colonists had to wash the british's clothes and feed them. they also had to let them barge into there houses to see if they smuggled anything.

    this ride was meant to warn the malitia of british forces. this caused the battles was right before the battles of lexington and concord. the first shot was the shot was the shot heard round the world.

    this pamphlet titled "common sense" was written py thomas paine. this was an insult to the british in a way. this book was super popular. this also made the saying you need common sense.
