French and Indian War
French and Indian War British soldiers fought against the French and Indians in the war. The Native Americans joined in the fight against the British because they were afriad that the British would take over there land.
It helped lead to the American Revolution because when the war end and British won the British started to tax the Colonist to pay for the war. That caused the Colonist to get made. -

The Treaty of Paris was the last event in the French and Indian War. The Treaty gave britian almost all land in Canada and all land east of the Mississippi River except New Orleans. Britian also receive the land of Flordia from Spain which became Spains ally in 1762.
This helped lead to the Revelutionary War because after the war Britain started to tas the Colonist to pay of for the debts of the war. Which made the Colonist mad. -

The Stamp Act was passed by the British Parliment on March 22, 1765.This Stamp was to make up the cost of the French and Indian War. This ment that you had to pay tax on each letter, newspaper, paphlet or any publication. To make sure you paid your tax on it they would put a stamp on it once you paid for it.
This helped lead to the American Revelution by making the Colonist made for paying extra taxs and for the British monarchy creating the taxes not the Colonist local state goverment. -

The townshend Acts were passed by the English Parliment Shortly after the Stamp act was objected and thrown out. What it did was that you had to pay taxes on the Colonist revenue on imports of glass, lead, paper, paints and tea.
This helped lead to the American Revelution by making the Colonist made because they were being forced to pay taxes on imports they needed. Just like the Stamp Act just in a diffrent way. -

The Boston Massacre was when Colonist by the state building in Boston were protestin and surronding these British troops. The troops thought they were going to get ambushed so in self-defense they shot into the crowd and killed 5 people.
The Colonist got even angryer at the British sence they killed the 5 colonist. -

The Tea Act was when British made you pay taxes on tea.
This helped lead to the American Revelution because it made the colonist mad agian because instead of thier state or goverment making the taxes the British Monarchy was making the taxes on the Colonist. Also not to benefit them but the East Indian Trade. -

This act was made for the punishhment of the Samuel Adams "Sons of liberty" dumping the tea into the habor. This made it so that the habor wasn't open till they paid for all the tea lost and to have to make changes to the Massachusettes-Quebec boarder.
This helped lead to the American Revelution it put tension between the Colonies and the British. -

In April 1, 1774 Colonist manly from Sons of liberty (freedom Group) went to the habor in out rage of the Tea Act and how Britian was trying to control them. On that date they went to the habor and dumped 342 crates of tea into the sea.
This helped lead to the revelution because it raised heat (anger) agianst the British and against the Colonist. -

The Lexington and Concord battle was the first battle of the American Revelutionary war. This marked the war between the 13 Colonies and Great Britian.
It was the first battle of the American Revelutionary War. -

The Declatation of Independence States that the 13 colonies are independent states and no longer part of the British Empire. This day is now known and Idependence day.
This helped lead to the American Revolution because this made the Colonies thier own Country and not part of another country (like to be owned by Britian.)
