US Proclaims Neutrality

RMS Lusitania
German U-boat torpedoed and sank the RMS Lusitania, a British ocean liner traveling from New York to Liverpool. More than 1,100 of the 1,900 people on board died including 120 Americans. -
President Woodrow Wilson re elected

Sinking of Sussex

Zimmerman Telegram
The British intercepted a telegram sent to the German Ambassador that was residing in Mexico City by German Foreign Minister Arthur Zimmermann. Woodrow goes to Congress

US Infantry Troops in France

France counter-attacks with help of US

It was 440 Articles that showed Germany's punishment for starting the war.
