The first soccer specific stadium was built in Columbus, Ohio. This costed us $28.5 million. The name of this stadium is the ''Crew Stadium''. -
First MLS SuperDraft
The first person drafted was Steve Shak to the NY/NJ MetroStars. He had previously played for UCLA. -
Teams Leave the MLS.
The Tampa Bay Mutiny and the Miami Fusion left the league because of declining attendance. -

This team has the most support and attendance over all other teams. They joined the MLS in 2011.
