Alexander finished studying
After he finished studying under Aristotle, he joins his fathers army. By this point in time, Philip controls all of the greek city-states except Athens and Thebes. -

First Battle of Alexander
The Macedonians meet the Athenians and Thebans in battle at Chaeronea. Alexander leads the attack on the Thebans and his father on the Athenians, they beat the Greeks and now have all Greek city states except Sparta. -

King Phillip Dies
Phillip is celebrating his upcoming departure to attack Persia, also his marriage to Cleopatra. One of his bodyguards kills him in the theater of agae. Alexander is now king at age of 20. -

Alexander shows he is powerful
The Thracians and Illyrians rise up in rebellion. This inspires the Greek city state of Thebes to rebel. Alexander quickly acts and executes inhibitants and sells them into slavery. This way he shows how powerful he really is. -

Departure to Asia
After subduing rebellious Greek city states, Alexander plans his campaign against the Persians, he wants to fulfill his fathers dream of conquering all but he is low on money and borrows money to supply his troops for one month. -

Persian fight
On June 334 B.C, Alexander fights the Persians in the Granicus river. As they travel they libeerate the cities from persian rule. -

Alexander spends the winter of 334 in Gordium, he solves a puzzle that if its solved it is said that whoever did it will rule of of Asia. -

After conquering Syria and easily conquering Egypt, he creates Alexandria one of mmany city names after himself during his conquest. -
