  • Lockheed Electra

    Lockheed Electra
    Released in late 1935
    It was the first plane to use Morse code, it also had an improved radio system but still did not have autopilot. Its fastest speed was 85 knots per hour. It was used for Amelia Earhart’s all around the world trip. She died in the trip by a fatal accident but the mystery of how she crashed is not reviled.
  • Vickers VC.1

    This is the Vickers VC.1 Viking, it was used in World War 2 as a bomber for the British and then it was used for a commercial jet liner, this was still not computer controlled but it was more reliable and it could sustain many types of terrain. This had a speed of around 110 knots.
    This was released just before World War 2 around 1947.

    The Havilland de comet was the first commercial airliner to mass produced, British airways, it first flew in 1949 and then it had some crashes so people thought that it was unreliable so then It went down.
  • B727

    This is the Boeing 727. It released in the early 1960’s, it was used for long haul flights from 4200-5000. It had a newly refined fuselage and it could land on short runways. It had an autopilot but it was not that reliable so many pilots did not use it.
  • Lockheed A12

    This is the Lockheed A12. It was created in 1962 and was kept for service in 1963. It was a bomber. It had advanced technology and was a very easy plane to land. It had computer landing technology bit many pilots did not use it as they were old fashioned. This plane had an advanced fuel tank and it could fly really high.
