Ordinance XX was a law passed that banned the Ahmadis from calling themselves Muslims, using any Islamic terms, or openly practicing their faith. Due to this and the fear of persecution many Ahmadis fled the country. -

After the fourth Caliph died, Mirza Masroor Ahmad was elected the fifth and current Caliph. With him in charge and being the new leader the movement continued to expand globally. -
