Prenatal Development & Birth
My mother had a one-night-stand (cognitive/thinking...or the lack thereof) with my biological father, which was one of my aunt's friends. My mother was 17 (biosocial/physical) when she became pregnant and 18 when she gave birth. She was a partier.(social and emotional) -

First Two years
Biosocial- I grew a lot in my first two years, learned to roll over, sit up, crawl, walk and run.
Cognitive- My first words were "mama" & "ranny" because I couldn't say "granny".
Psychosocial- began an awareness of my feet , hands, mouth and an attachment to my grandma, I would cry when she left. -

Early Childhood 2-6yrs.
Biosocial- I was a picky eater, I hated peas.
Cognitive- I asked "why" a lot at age 4
Psychosocial- can telll the difference between boys and girls. I loved playing with baby dolls. -

Middle Childhood 6-11yrs.
Biosocial- I loved gymnastics and reading.
Cognitive- I had a sense of right and wrong.
Psychosocial- I moved to a different school and remember losing my self-esteem, confidence and friends. -

Adolescence 11-18 yrs.
Biosocial- became sexually active
Cognitive- I was always observant/intuitive.
Psychosocial- experimented with drugs, tried to fit in with the "stoners" or anyone really. -
Started dating my husband when I was 14

Pregnant with first child
I was 17 when I became pregnant with my son. -
First place with my boyfriend
Our first place was a trailor. We were so happy to be out on our own. -

Emerging Adulthood 18-25 yrs.
Biosocial- had my first child when I was 18. Had my second child when I was 21.
Cognitive- my thought process began to go deeper towards religious and moral analysis.
Psychosocial- was on a search to find out "my calling"; what I would truly be when I grew up. Wife, mom, and... -
Married
My bestfriend became my husband. I was 8 months pregnant. -
Gave birth to son
I was 18 when I had my son on Christmas Day. -
Graduation 1999
I graduated from Alpena High School. -
Pregnant with second child
Pregnant with my first daughter, Angela. -
Second child born
Angela was born. One of the happiest days of my life. -

Middle Adulthood 25-65 yrs.
Biosocial- had my third and final child at 26.
Cognitive- at age 33, I realized what I want to do with my life; I plan on earning my Master's in Social Work because I want to help people.
Psychosocial- I now depend on friends to go through life with instead of by myself. -
Gave birth to third child
Sarah was due on 6-6-06... I prayed that she would not be born on that day, she was 7 days late... ha-ha! -
Graduation 2013
I graduated from Schoolcraft College with an Associate of Arts degree. -

Late Adulthood 65-death
Biosocial- I will most likely become more frail and forgetful.
Cognitive- Short-term memory loss will probably suffer a little, but long-term may still be good.
Psychosocial- I may need assisted living. -

Epilogue: Death and Dying
All in all, I am not afraid of dying. I am content when it is my time to go I know I'll be ready. Don't get me wrong, I will surely miss my kids, grand kids and great-grand kids, but I know I will see them again in heaven someday.
